Title: Someone to Love
Author: Addison Moore
Genre: New Adult Contemporary Romance

Description:

What happens when two people who don’t believe in love, happen to fall madly into the most beautiful relationship they could ever imagine? A train wreck.

When twenty-year-old Kendall Jordan transfers clear across country to Garrison University, the last thing she’s looking for is a one-night stand. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what, gorgeous, Cruise Elton offers.

Kendall has long since come to realize that love is an illusion that never lasts, and Cruise couldn’t agree more—but something deep inside her wants him all for herself. So, Kendall devises a seat of the pants plan to “play the player” and proposes that Cruise tutor her in becoming a female version of himself, Garrison University’s own playboy.

Real feelings begin to emerge, and neither Kendall nor Cruise know how to classify them. Everything they once thought they knew is redefined as they discover, in one another, Someone to Love.

REVIEW:

Sometimes I think people are just too serious when it comes to reviews for lighthearted romance books. I loved Someone to Love – it was light, fun, and very sexy! Very. Was it life changing? No.But it definitely is a well-written new adult romance that lived up to the book description and the cover so it met all my expectations. I read it in two nights and never did I think to myself that I might not finish it.
I thought it was a very good story and this was the first book I’ve ever read by Addison Moore, so I had no idea she has such a poetic way with words. I really did enjoy her story telling immensely.  I thought the characterization was well thought out and even though Kendall was a bit on the naive side, I liked her.  She seriously lucked out when she stumbled into Cruise and got a room at his house!  What girl doesn’t fantasize about that!
I did not see a few things coming towards the end and that was a pleasant surprise. Mostly it was about Cruise. I really loved his character even though yes – he should’ve know his behavior was off limits. But who cares? He certainly didn’t!
This book was steamy in the sex department and very fun. Very fun! :)
I will definitely be looking into Addison Moore’s other books because sometimes you just want a well-written book that’s fun to read.  This is what Someone to Love was for me and it gets five stars.
