BOMB: A Day in the Life of Spencer Shrike
Published on February 17th 2014
Genres: Adult, Erotic Romance, New Adult, Romance
Spencer Shrike is a plotter. Known for his ingenious, albeit illegal, plans that keeps the Team running efficiently and out of jail, he carries this same love of order into his personal life. He’s kept his long-time main squeeze on the sidelines for years as he builds the Shrike Bikes empire.
Veronica Vaughn is an explosion ready to happen. Ronnie lives in the here and now. She lives for today. She knows what she wants, and she wants it now. And right now Ron the Bomb Vaughn wants Spencer shrike to leave her the hell alone. She’s done playing his game. She’s done waiting around. She’s moving forward with her own plots, plans, and dreams and she’s moving forward tonight. Ron the Bomb is finally—finally—gonna get some satisfaction.
Too bad Spencer Shrike is standing in her way.

EDIT: I’m posting this early this week because I’m out of town for Indie Girl Con and I don’t want to rely on scheduling to make sure the contest runs properly.
Ends Sunday at Midnight MST.
Tonight is the last giveaway for my new release BOMB: A Day in the Life of Spencer Shrike, so I’m really gonna make it count! This prize is huge, and since it’s so big I do have a mandatory entry. I don’t usually do the mandatory entry, but I figure I’m justified for this one. But just so we’re all on the same page, I’m gonna explain why I’m asking you do to this.
If you have a Facebook page, not a personal page, but a book blog page or some other type of “business or community” page, you know Facebook has pretty much stolen all your “LIKES” right out from under you. People have spent years building a community only to have Facebook hide their posts from people who have indicated that they want to see that content.
My author page is doing pretty well, despite the fact that Facebook is hiding my posts from people who like my page. New Adult Addiction FB page, which I have recently handed over to a couple of ladies on my street team, is also doing well. I’m not really complaining. I just refuse to rely on a corporation to reach my fans and followers. So I’m using a combination of Mailchimp and Facebook to get the word out when I have a new release. I’ve had a LOT of success with this approach, so I’m gonna continue to do things this way.
But I’ve got 7000+ LIKES on my FB author page, and only a little over 1000 on my newsletter list. So I’d like to build it. And I’d like to build it with fans. Not just readers. I want fans. And so I figure if you’re a fan and this prize looks like something you want, then you probably don’t mind helping me out when it comes to new releases and it’s not such a big deal to join my newsletter list and share a post on release day.
So if you want to enter this giveaway, I’m going to ask you to do two things for me. Join my newsletter and join my release day share post list for the next book, GUNS. I send one or two newsletters a month, if that. And the release day list is one email, period. The list is discarded after release day. I don’t ever send to that list again. So you won’t get spam if you sign up for these two lists.
In addition, if you leave an honest (Amazon verified purchase) review of BOMB: A Day in the Life of Spencer Shrike before this contest ends at Midnight, February 23rd, then EVERYONE who leaves a link to their review in the RC below will receive a signed swag pack in the mail from me. It’s just my way of saying thank you.
So here’s the deets… Winner takes all… up for grabs tonight:
1) SIGNED copy of TRAGIC
2) SIGNED copy of MANIC
3) SIGNED copy of PANIC
4) SIGNED copy of SLACK
5) SIGNED copy of TAUT

kim
yes and it is very irritating that they do this tks for the opportunity to win such a great prize package
LesleyG
Not really, but I’ve clicked “notifications” & added to an interest group. So I mainly follow that interest group instead of looking in my newsfeed. The hardest thing is notifications when you win a contest….I miss those because I have 100’s of notifications sometimes & just can’t scroll through them all to see if I’ve won. I wish there was a way facebook would email you when you were tagged. I think there used to be a way to do this but I’m not sure know if there is or not since FB is always changing….it’s so frustrating!
Thanks for the giveways & congrats on the new books….btw, you’re covers are sooooo hot!

Maria Theresa Santos
Yes sometimes
Abhilasha Jadhav
All the freaking time… many of my posts were hidden. Thank god my friend solved it for me!!
Thanks for the giveaway!
natasna
No I see them
Christina B
Yep, but I’ve noticed the more I interact with a page, the more times it will show up in my feed. I’m pretty active on FB, so I see a lot of things I want to see, and if I notice I’m missing something from my fav authors & bloggers I go interact with them more. Also adding things to notifications has helped!
Rachel
No, I hadn’t noticed. Guess I need to do sign up for notifications like others suggested
Jenny Dauksa Schaber
