No One's Angel

Series: Chadwell Hearts Book 1

Published on November 15, 2013

Genres: Contemporary, New Adult, Romance
Tess used to spend more hours than she’d care to admit playing her favorite computer game, using the nickname Angel. She could pretend her life was different, and she could pretend Arion was just a friend. But a girl needs more to keep her warm at night than pixels, and she traded her virtual heaven for a real-life hell. Now she’s on the run from a past she won’t talk about, and the only place she has to go is the doorstep of the friend she’s never actually met.
When Angel disappeared from their nightly games, it nearly destroyed Arion. He threw himself into work and women, but he can’t help knowing the one-night stands will never compare to the angel who haunts his dreams. At first, when she shows up soaking wet and scared-shitless on his doorstep, he thinks his prayers have been answered.
But the more Arion tries to keep Angel close, the more her fear drives her away. If they are ever going to have a chance for a future, they’ll first have to deal with the past that hasn’t forgotten her any more than she’s forgotten it—and Arion will have to learn how to let her go.

*No One's Angel is a New Adult (NA) Contemporary Romance about a girl learning to fight back and a boy learning how to let go. It is recommended for mature audiences only due to language and sexual content. *

I don’t think you can truly fall in love with someone online. I think you can develop feelings and an attraction, but you need to meet them in person and begin a real relationship to fall in love.

  2. John Thuku

I do not think you can fall in love online. Apart from that, thank you for the giveaway.

  3. Donna Reynolds

I think you can fall in love online, but I would never try it, because you really don’t know who is behind the other computer, Thank you for the wonderful chance.

  4. Veronica De Luna

No. You have to get to know the person and I don’t think you can truly know someone without meeting them face to face and spending time with them.

  5. Staci Pope

Yes, I think you can fall in love online. I have a friend that met, fell in love and married the man she fell in love with; they are still married and in love after 12 years.

  6. Amy Pollard Woolard

I think it is possible to fall in love with someone online or the idea you have of that person.

  7. Melissa Jones

Yes, I believe if you’re looking for and open to love you can find it anywhere. Thanks so much for the giveaway!!

  8. Shannon Blackwell-Williams

Maybe, I think it’s something else until you meet that person for real.

  9. carly

I think you can fall in love with the idea of someone online… but it takes really being around them in person to know for sure

  10. Teja

I don’t think so. You can just fall in love in your idea of that person, but that’s all.

  11. Lauren

Yes I think You can, but once you get to meet in person and really be with that person then you might change your mind.

  12. Ayelén

I don’t think so…I KNOW it can happen. I met a guy few years ago, after some traggic situation and we fell in love in an instant. We were together for almost 4 years, and it was amazing and strong. But for things of life, we are no longer together.

So yes, I believe we can fall in love online.

People used to develop relationships through handwritten letter, and I don’t see much difference in doing that online as long as it is not just through hashtags/tweets or one-liner posts.

  14. Dora Balfour-Lyda

    Thanks for an Awesome Giveaway!
No I don’t think you can fall in love over the internet!

  15. Trisha Hudson (@TrishaHudson)

I know people who have. Myself, personally, think you could fall in life online but it would take time together to fall in love.

  16. naila be

I don’t think so because no matter how much you think you know about someone it’s always possible that it was all in your head
even in a face to face relashionship you can’t always be sure about the other person let alone in a ‘virtual’ one

  17. Sue M. Van

Intriguing. I believe you can absolutely fall in love with someone online. If they use the right words, it’s just like reading a book. Whether the person is sincere or not, the person receiving can be susceptible enough to fall. I guess it just depends on how lonely a person is.

  18. Louisa D

Yes I think its possible – one of my friends married the someone she fell in love with online

  19. Dana

Online dating didn’t exist last time I was single. But now that I find myself recently divorced, I plan to give it a try. Wish me luck!!

  20. Jody Duffy

I absolutely think you can fall in love on line the problem only comes if one or both parties is being deceptive.

  21. Christina Riggs

I think love can be found anywhere. But I think you have to be more cautious online!

  22. sandra stroh

with someone you met offline yes, but not solely from just talking online even with Skype.. you still need that in person time
