Giveaway and Release Day Blitz for Hard to Let Go by Laura Kaye

Giveaway and Release Day Blitz for Hard to Let Go by Laura Kaye

“TOP PICK! Kaye brings her Hard Ink series to a spectacular conclusion that successfully wraps up the overarching mystery and brings closure to her compelling characters. Kaye really nails it with this awesome book and series!” ~RT Book Reviews EXCERPT: Taking a deep breath, Beckett knocked on the door. No answer. He turned the knob, and the door opened. “Go away,” came a strained voice. Beckett poked his head through the opening. Kat sat in a ball in the corner, her legs pulled up to her chest, her arms hugging herself tight. “Aw, Jesus, Beckett. Really?” Her face was splotchy and her eyes watery, though he didn’t see any tears. Ten-to-one she was going through some adrenaline letdown right now, too. Which no doubt made it all worse. That shit could fuck you up even when you were used to how it left you feeling drained and shaky, by how all… Read more »

$100 GC GIVEAWAY and EXCERPT: Up in Smoke by Tessa Bailey

$100 GC GIVEAWAY and EXCERPT: Up in Smoke by Tessa Bailey

EXCERPT: As if her thoughts had made him appear, Connor strode into the courthouse. Her pulse started beating double time, her stomach muscles tightening. Good Lord, the man was a fucking panty dropper. She’d only been away from him for a few hours and it felt like years since she’d experienced his presence. In jeans and a fitted gray T-shirt that molded to his muscles like her hands itched to do, he personified confidence and authority. Hot, rugged male. His gaze connected with hers immediately and darkened. She thought back to that morning when he’d dressed in the early morning light, his abs flexing as he pulled the shirt over his head. His erection barely contained by his boxers. She’d never been one to beg for anything, but she’d been seconds from offering him her mouth. Pleading for the privilege of sucking him off. Conner shook his head at her… Read more »

Giveaway and Exceprt: Beautiful Little Fool by K.K. Hendin

Giveaway and Exceprt: Beautiful Little Fool by K.K. Hendin

EXCERPT Sitting at her desk a little later that evening, Cedar did the same thing she did every night—something nobody knew she did, and that she would never even think about telling anyone. She Googled herself. Well, she didn’t actually Google herself as much as she logged into a secret account and checked the Google alerts for that day. Being Cedar Reynolds was a full time job, and that included making sure that all the PR about her was positive. Some people said no publicity was bad publicity, but Cedar was not one of those people. Yes, bad publicity made people talk about you, but some things didn’t need to be publicized. And luckily, they weren’t. Morgan had tweeted about their meeting today, which Cedar thought was kind of odd, but she was nothing but singing praises of Cedar and the gallery so it was okay. Talking about how strong… Read more »

Kindle GIVEAWAY and TOUR REVIEW: Relinquish by M.N. Forgy

Kindle GIVEAWAY and TOUR REVIEW: Relinquish by M.N. Forgy

REVIEW: This is not a Cinderella story. It’s like a dark, twisty wanna-be chick lit book. When Charlie leaves her foster family, she doesn’t look back. When her foster sister joins her, they head to Las Vegas, looking to start a new life. Money goes fast and Charlie finds herself doing the impossible, becoming a whore. By being a whore, she can breathe a bit easy. Her pimp helps pay the basic necessities. But when she meets a mysterious, handsome man, she can’t deny the attraction her body feels towards him. Landon is heir to THE finest escort business around. He can’t help himself when he’s around the new girl in town. A chance encounter leaves to a whole new life, for both Charlie and Landon. I liked this story. It was an easy read, good for the beach or pool. It’s a bit dark, harsh in that it easily… Read more »

GIVEAWAY:You have to read Need by KI Lynn and N. Isabelle Blanco

GIVEAWAY:You have to read Need by KI Lynn and N. Isabelle Blanco

Need is a favorite of many and was just on Michelle’s and Kristi’s summer must read list. I like most others devoured this book. Brayden is such a dirty talker and oh how I love a dirty talker. This is my favorite step-brother read to date. This book is all about wants and needs. They desire each other and know it is wrong but…. He’s my stepbrother. I know this. We can never be together. Not as boyfriend and girlfriend. But does that mean I can’t have him? Ever? Not once? At least to sate the curiosity and need?  The dialogue and inner thoughts give you more connection with the the characters and there thoughts and emotions make you feel the whole story. Kira and Brayden have a desire that is guaranteed to make you hot and bothered.   Licking my lips, I imagine my fist wrapped around her hair,… Read more »

$100 GIVEAWAY: Wasted Lust by JA Huss

$100 GIVEAWAY: Wasted Lust by JA Huss

EXCERPT SASHA “I still feel dizzy.” “Come here,” he says, pulling me into his lap and repositioning me so my head is cradled in the crook of his arm. “Put your feet up on the seat and just rest. It’s a good hour drive to where we’re going.” I could resist. He’s not entirely trustworthy. And he’s a stalker. That’s pretty creepy. I wonder how deep that obsession goes. I wonder if it’s safe to even be in this car with him. But his embrace feels too good to make him stop. My dress was not made for being cradled in a man’s arms. Or maybe it was? Because the slits up each side bare my thighs, and the heat of his hand on my skin stirs up the longing I’ve been pushing away for years, making me shut my eyes. His fingers stroke me gently, back and forth across… Read more »

Happy Release Day JA HUSS! Wasted Lust is releasing TODAY!

Happy Release Day JA HUSS! Wasted Lust is releasing TODAY!

Jana’s FIVE Star Review My friends are writing glowing reviews for Wasted Lust. Tears, they say. I can’t finish my review without crying, they gush. Well, fuck. I can’t compete with that. I’m not a crybaby Smurf. There are no tears allowed in the sphere. Wasted Lust, in my mind at least, has been in the making since Slack. God. Slack. Let’s revisit, shall we? It was late 2013. I’d recently shown up on Julie’s doorstep, looking for Ford. “Hey, is Ford home?” “Who the hell are you?” “I’m Mrs. Ford Aston, Who the hell are you?” Oddly, this ended with me becoming Julie’s assistant. It doesn’t make sense to us either, in case you’re wondering. Anyway, that’s how it started and shortly after that Slack released. “Julie. This girl. She needs a book.” Visions of Sasha’s future babies were already dancing in my head. “Yeah, I don’t know about… Read more »

Happy Summer! Here are our 5 TOP SUMMER Reads so far…

Happy Summer! Here are our 5 TOP SUMMER Reads so far…

I don’t know about you, but all my friends (teacher friends especially), ask me what they should read in the summer. I’m always looking for a good book, but there’s something about reading a good book in the summer that makes my day. Maybe it’s sitting outside, next to the pool, with a fruity cocktail in hand…but I especially love reading a good book in the summer. Whenever I’m asked by someone, what should they read, it always brings on a conversation, and a lot of questions. So I asked one of my book friends what HER top five are, and well, here is our SUMMER LIST, so far. We decided to keep it to books released thus far this year… so January 2015 book until now. First up… MICHELLE NEW’s PICKS… Michelle’s Top Five Three, Two, One (321)-JA Huss: This was the IT book for me. It was raw,… Read more »
