Cover Reveal SURPRISE! Bend Me, Break Me by Chelsea M. Cameron

TEASER: “I get it,” she said. “I finally get it.” She wouldn’t look up at me, instead concentrating on her hands. There were a few freckles on the backs of them. I wanted to take one of her purple pens and connect them to make constellations on her skin. “Get what?” I asked. Her eyes came up to my face. “Why you’re so obsessed with me.” I raised both eyebrows, but inside, I was panicked. What if she figured me out? That would be disastrous. It would be the end. “And why is that?” I said, trying to be playful. “I’m mysterious,” she said, she wiggled her fingers in front of my face and the right side of her mouth drew up. Was that a smirk? Did Ingrid just smirk at me? “Oh, is that what you think it is?” After so many intense moments, this moment of levity was… Read more »

Review: The Score by Elle Kennedy

Review: The Score by Elle Kennedy

What can I say… I love this series. In fact, it’s one of my favorite new adult series. I fell in love with these characters in book 1, The Deal, and my heart grew bigger after reading the The Mistake. In The Score, we get a glimpse into Dean’s life. The big man on campus, he’s a self declared hottie who likes to have sex. Lots and lots of sex, with lots and lots of different ladies. Allie is Hannah’s roomie. (Hannah is Garrett’s girlfriend from The Deal.) She is the typical college good girl. She likes relationships. She likes to be close to home to help her dad. She likes honesty and commitment. When she breaks up with her boyfriend of many years, she needs an escape. A physical place to get away to think things through and where no one can track her down. Allie ends up trying… Read more »

$25 & a Signed copy of More Than Once GIVEAWAY- More Than Once by Elizabeth Briggs

“Look Andrew, you’re a ni—” “Wait.” He held up his other hand. “Just stop right there.” I blinked. “What?” “You’re about to say I’m a nice guy, but you think we should just be friends, right? Believe me, I’ve heard that line more times than I can count.” Shit, that was exactly what I was going to say. “Um…” Without hesitation, he pressed me against the side of my car, his fingers sliding to the back of my neck and into my short hair. I gasped and heat flared between us, so hot I was sure it was melting every inch of snow in the entire parking lot. “You didn’t think I was ‘nice’ that night, did you?” he asked, his voice low, his eyes locked on mine. “No,” I whispered. Memories of that night still haunted me in the best way. I’d lie in bed when I couldn’t sleep… Read more »

$25 GIVEAWAY- Collateral Damage By Elisabeth Grace

“I can sleep on the couch. No worries.” I felt a little like an idiot and a lot like a priss. The bed was huge—it wasn’t like I’d be pressed up against his body all night. Unfortunately. No. Not unfortunately. Besides, we were both adults. This wasn’t that big of a deal. “You don’t have to do that.” Calder raised his hands in a placating gesture. “I don’t want you to be uncomfortable, Frankie.” “I’m fine. We’re adults. No biggie.” I shrugged, almost believing my nonchalance myself. “You’re sure?” He ducked his head down a bit and looked at me from under his brows. I nodded. “I will need to borrow a t-shirt or something, though.” “That I can do.” He walked over to a dresser, rummaged through it for a minute, and pulled out a shirt for me. “Here, wear this one. I can grab you some shorts, but… Read more »

$25 GIVEAWAY- #Nerd by Cambria Hebert

Through the glass doors I could see the rain spattering against the sidewalk, and I prepared myself for the cold drops as I stepped outside. Romeo was parked at the curb, in a no-parking zone, leaning up against a lime-green car. He had a baseball hat pulled low over his face and his arms were crossed over his chest. Why in the world was he standing out here in the rain? “Come on,” he called to me and motioned at his car. I glanced behind me to see if he was talking to someone else. His chuckle floated through the rain. “Yes. You. Come on.” He wanted to give me a ride? “No thanks!” I called out. He moved fast. Of course that wasn’t a surprise. But the way he sank low and wrapped his arms around me was. I shrieked as he lifted me off the ground and carried… Read more »

My heart squeezed tight at the sight of him–my towering man with his hangdog frown. “I–” I pointed behind me. “It’s time for me to go.” “Yeah.” Josh stared at the floor as he slowly moved toward me. “I’ll call you when I get there.” “Okay.” Damn, I was going to miss that deep voice–the soft, husky sound of it. His pale blue gaze hit me, making me feel everything from guilt to despair. He opened his mouth to speak but couldn’t say anything. He’d always struggled to talk about his feelings. I guess I just instinctively knew most of them, and as much as I wanted it, I couldn’t expect gushy prose. I needed to get the goodbye over with. Stepping forward, I rose to my tiptoes and brushed my lips against his. “I’ll see you, Josh.” My voice wavered, tears burning my eyes as I spun for the… Read more »

$500 GIVEAWAY: Eighteen (18) Based on a True Story

“You came,” he says, after a few moments of rest. His eyes open and he looks straight at me. “You came in my mouth.” I just stare back. Unable to talk. Unable to comprehend what he’s saying. “You’re a liar.” He smiles. “But I’m a good one, right?” “What?” “You believed me. And you know why you believed me, Shannon?” “That never happened?” He scoffs. “Please, how drunk would you have to be for me to suck you off and never wake you up? Do you know why you believed me?” “You’re a psycho,” I say, floored. “Because you want to believe me.” I shake my head slowly. “I don’t believe you. You’re a very good liar, Mateo. And that’s not something to be proud of.” “Right. So why are you so sure Danny Alexander is the nice one, and not me?” “Because look at you,” I scoff. “You’re such… Read more »
