Review USE kills it from page 1. Okay, fine, it was on page 2 that I started highlighting. Fiona is missing Elliot and fantasizing about them meeting again. In her fantasy, they bump into each other in a coffee shop and he always takes the time to sit with her. A decidedly tame fantasy from a sex addict, and it guts me. This girl, her pain. She’s a mess and I can’t stop feeling for her. Parts of her past are revealed and I’m riveted. Did she create her environment or did her environment create her? There’s a triangle here, Deacon vs. Elliott. I see the appeal of both of them, I do. Yet… Elliot. There’s just something about him.
